How do I place an order?

Before ordering and paying for your items please call or email us to confirm that the PAT Tester that you require is available for the dates you need it. Once confirmed you can select your PAT Tester and any accessories you may need from our online store and pay using the secure payment option.


Ordering & Payment Options

Customers can pay online using the checkout facility on this website.


Customers are also welcome to pay using BACS which is both easy and fast. For BACS please send payments to Sort Code: 20-97-01 Account: 33624536. Payments must clear into out account before goods are dispatched.


Alternatively customers are welcome to pay by cheque however payment must clear before we dispatch goods which may take up to 5 working days.


Returns & Refunds

We are unable to cancel and refund orders once they have been dispatched. Any damaged accessories will be refunded once they have been returned to us.


How quickly can you deliver?

Standard Free delivery is normally 3-5 days. We can also arrange next working day delivery if required however this will be subject to adequate notice and incur an additional charge.


Why do you need to take a deposit for PAT Tester hire?

We need to take a deposit to safeguard our equipment from damage. Once the tester is returned in its original condition with all its accessories the deposit will be refunded in full. If any damage has occurred or any items are missing the cost will be deducted from the deposit at the current market rates for repairs or replacement items.


Are your PAT Testers calibrated?

Yes, all of our PAT Testers are calibrated and a copy of the calibration certificate is included with every PAT Tester hired.


When does the hire period begin?

The hire period begins the day after you receive the tester. This is so that customers are not being charged for a full days hire if they receive delivery half way through the day.


When does the hire period end?

The hire period ends as soon as you email or call us to tell us that the tester is ready for collection.


How do i return the PAT tester?

Just call or email us and we will arrange collection.
